General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via visastar.ch between GetLeedz GmbH (hereinafter „visastar") and natural or legal persons of full age with a delivery address in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking „Sicher bezahlen" you place a binding order. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in CHF including 8.1% VAT. Shipping costs CHF 10 for a single item and is free from 2 items (CH and FL), delivery in 1–3 working days by A-Mail from Binningen BL.

4. Payment

Payment via Stripe (credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The amount is charged when the order is completed. We receive no payment data.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

6. Returns

14 nights money-back guarantee from receipt, without a return shipment. Details in the right of withdrawal notice.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty periods under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

8. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of GetLeedz GmbH in Binningen BL.
