Which data we process

• Order data: Name, address, email, payment reference, necessary for the performance of the contract.
• Account information: Email (magic link), optional name, only if you actively log in.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp, to protect against misuse, deleted after 30 days.

Third parties (data recipients)

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.:Payment processing (CHF, TWINT, card payment).
• Hostpoint AG (Switzerland):Sending and receiving our emails (order confirmation, dispatch notification, login link, replies to your enquiries).
• Vercel Inc. (USA):Hosting and delivery of the website.
• Meta Platforms (Ireland/USA):Pixel & conversion API for advertising campaigns. Legal basis: consent given in the cookie banner.
• Our own funnel analytics (Supabase EU/Dublin): we log anonymous, short-lived session IDs (only in tab storage), event names (PageView, AddToCart, checkout steps), URL path and device type, in order to understand where visitors drop off. Cookie-free, without storing your IP address and without the raw browser identifier (user agent). No personal data apart from delivery addresses (see above). Legal basis: legitimate interest in anonymous audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Swiss FADP).

Your rights

You have the right at any time to information, rectification, erasure and data portability. Please send us an email about this; we process requests within 14 days.

Cookies & tracking

Technically necessary (always active): shopping cart state and login session in your browser storage. These are required in order to place an order.

Anonymous statistics (without consent, legitimate interest): our own funnel logging runs cookie-free and without storing your IP address. It sets no cookies and does not allow individual persons to be identified.

Optional (only with consent): Meta pixel including conversion API. These only become active once you select „Meta erlauben" in the banner, and are stopped immediately as soon as you withdraw your consent.
