14 nights money-back guarantee

Try the MundFix for 14 nights. If it is not for you, for whatever reason, you get the full purchase price back. This period is voluntary: the Swiss Code of Obligations requires no withdrawal period for distance selling. We grant it nevertheless, because we want to build trust and because you should not be tied to a product that does not help you.

Without a return shipment

The MundFix is a hygiene product worn close to the body; it sits on the neck, just below the chin and near the mouth. As soon as the packaging has been opened or the band has been tried on, a return is excluded for reasons of hygiene. We do not resell anything that has been on someone else’s body. That is the only honest practice where there is contact with mouth and skin.

That is why we do without the physical return shipment: you dispose of the band properly at your end (household waste), and we refund the purchase price to you in full nonetheless. That way the risk stays with us, not with you.

Procedure

1. Write to us within 14 days of receipt at info@visastar.ch with your order number and a brief word that you wish to make use of the money-back guarantee. A reason is not required.
2. We confirm the request within 24 hours and initiate the Stripe refund.
3. Within 3 working days you receive the full purchase price back to your original payment method (card, TWINT or Apple Pay).
4. You dispose of the band yourself in household waste. We require no proof.

Colour exchange

If it is only the colour that does not appeal to you but the band as such fits, write to us; we will send you a sealed replacement in the colour you want and treat the item you tried on as disposed of.
