Shipping costs

CHF 10 for a single item, free from 2 items, no minimum order quantity otherwise, no further shipping surcharge. Applies to the whole of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Switzerland (including Liechtenstein). Deliveries to Germany, Austria, France and Italy will follow at a later stage.

Delivery time

Dispatch as a rule on the day of the order or on the next working day. Delivery by Swiss Post A-Mail, 1 to 3 working days.

Packaging

Plain box without any brand print on the outside. From the outside no one can tell what is inside.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel is on its way, you receive the consignment number by email with a direct tracking link.
